this is why i love the movies. there's something magic about a good film--something that sucks you in and convinces you that the world you're seeing around you is real, and somehow you're a part of it. it's the same pleasure i got from magic as a little kid. as an adult, nothing comes closer to twistedly emulating that pleasure than con artistry, and nothing is more perfect at combining all those than a well woven con movie. and that brings us back to the sting. incredible; just...incredible.
